1 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ck47 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person ("User", "Player", "you") who uses the ck47.cam website. 3 Account Security and Responsibility

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on ck47 is ৳300. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

• You must use a payment account registered in your own name to make a deposit.
• Deposits from a third party's payment account are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered players on ck47 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳5,000 will earn an additional ৳6,000 as a bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. That means if you receive ৳6,000 as a bonus, it becomes withdrawable after placing bets totalling ৳150,000.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — expired bonuses are cancelled.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or device are not allowed.
• Placing opposing bets across different markets using bonus funds ("arbitrage") is prohibited.

5.4 VIP Program

ck47's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. By playing regularly you can move up to a higher tier and earn weekly cashback benefits. A maximum weekly cashback of 0.2% applies at Bronze and up to 1.0% at Diamond.

6 Game Rules

Each game on ck47 has its own rules and betting limits. It is every player's responsibility to read the relevant guidelines before playing a game.

• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are set by ck47 and are subject to change.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault, ck47 will consider that round void and return the wagered amount.
• Game results are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology set by the game provider.
• Any winnings from a game will be automatically added to the account.
• If the internet connection is lost, game progress may or may not be saved — ck47 is not responsible in this situation.

6.1 Sports Betting

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on ck47 and if detected may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by ck47

ck47 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Registration with false or incomplete information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Violation of the age-related conditions.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may request closure of their account at any time via live chat or email. After the account is closed, any remaining valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be withdrawable.
